Have you ever envied people who have a saying for almost every business situation?
I have! I've saved many maxims, over the years and dreamed of putting them on a website someday.
Yes, I had an uncle Max. He was an amazing character but, that will be a subject for another day. He certainly did not look like the wise-looking monkey we use for a logo.
I was searching for a name that could be universally accepted in our target groups. For instance, we needed a name without r's or l's for the oriental languages. Max seemed to be the best choice. So, my real Uncle Max is the symbol for the all-knowing uncle you and I wish we could chat with for some ideas to help with our business problem solving.

Nephew Gerry
Gerry has combined a career of teaching business with operating small businesses for many years. At one
university-college he taught in every subject area offered by the business department.
He has a B.A. and B. Com. from George Williams College of Concordia University, an M.B.A from York
University and is currently a PhD candidate in international marketing at Century University.
He considers his most valuable education to be his training and experience as a young member of the Royal
Canadian Mounted Police.
Self-taught in the computer world prompts his computer consultant to claim him to be one of the most
competent users of computer software he has met.
He lead the team that attained ISO 9001:2000 certification of Kamloops International College, becoming
one of first private educational institutions to do so.
Gerry was left under the hot sun in the summer of his thirteenth year... where he had a vision that resulted in him
having had 56 different jobs and careers. The documentation for this resides in his computer
system ready to be uploaded to this website. This venture is listed as Career #57.
Avoiding tourist traps, his business travels to offices and homes has allowed him to gain many
friends and acquaintances around the world.
Gerry is a Senior Member of a Gyro Club and is a member of a Rotary Club.
