Ask and You Shall Receive

Application

Surprises await you when you ask your associates for more.

You can ask for more quality, more productivity, more sales, etc.

You can ask for less waste, less absenteeism, less time in meetings, etc.

Whatever, you will be surprised to find many workers are just waiting to be asked. They may not have known what you wanted.

Stimulate the flow by replacing tasks with the new ideas rather than adding to the workload.

Be careful to ask or suggest rather than demanding or announcing.
