Clearly define the personality and character traits that contribute to cultural objectives.
In your selection criteria, include personality and other match-ups with existing staff members.
Use an in-depth selection device such as an essay in your hiring routine.
Involve, in the selection process, the existing staff you want complemented.
Apply this to every skill and position level.
Create a support system for new hires expected to change your environment.
Be forthright and honest with everyone concerned when a change is being implemented.
