Business slogans, mission statements and motivational messages are often posted on static walls or documents. Wouldn't they have more impact if they were active and moving about the workplace? Most people "read" clothing worn by others. Sounds like the ideal spot to post a slogan or other such message.
Some businesses like to deliver messages through employee apparel. Employees serving customers will wear the latest promotional slogan on their uniforms. Bank employees will demonstrate their friendliness by wearing casual clothing on Fridays. Some companies promote campaigns with printed T-shirts. You can carry that idea forward to your little operation to keep everyone on focus.
One company has inside employees remind each other to focus on, "quality, partnering, innovation, price and employee appreciation / satisfaction."
Ask your associates if they would enjoy wearing the company "uniform" on any specific day or daily. Some may welcome the alternate clothing supplied at below-your-cost or as a free perquisite. You can experiment with very low cost plastic ID tags or buttons.
Before you decide on the inexpensive T-shirt route, check out the body shapes of the potential wearers. Some may prefer wearing loose fitting jackets, blouses or shirts.
