Many years ago there was a popular song called, "Yes! We have no bananas."
Find some old person who remembers the tune and lyrics. You can even make up some new lyrics appropriate for your product or service. Then, spice up your sales or general staff meetings by having everyone sing the song.
Why? What is the usual first response when a prospective buyer requests a feature you don't have? Or, what is your usual first response when an employee makes a suggestion or requests a change? Is your first reaction an explanation or questioning of the feasibility?
Sing your little song in your head and utter a, "Yes! We don't have that. Let's consider it." Or, you could ask the requestor to discuss the feasibility after you said, "Yes."
In the same era there was another song, "You've got to accentuate the positive - eliminate the negative."
