If our Latin is correct, She Who Teaches Learns is expressed as Qui Docet Discrit in Latin. This is great mantra for spoofing others into thinking you are well educated.
Firstly, the teacher (you or anyone on your staff) must develop a thorough understanding of the subject and then break that understanding into basic concepts and learning steps.
Secondly, the teacher repeats the subject often enough that it becomes well etched into his or her permanent memory.
Thirdly, the teacher develops a strong empathy for the learner and the process of learning.
Hopefully, the learner will learn as much as the teacher.
Throughout my teaching and management careers I have used this principle frequently with amazing success. The act of composing these maxims has re-surfaced wisdom from my notations written over the years. Members of my staff and family are subjected to the terse, "Uncle Max Says ..." principles. This results in reduced lecturing and much time saved.
