When you see poor performance by other businesses and organizations it is tempting to shake your head as you complain about the state of the world.

Instead, use this as a rallying cry for dedicating yourself and your colleagues to perform at your best without worrying about feeling inferior.

Feeling inferior can sap your valuable supply of energy. Feeling superior will lead you to a fall.
