The other day a friend said, "When you don't know, you don't know you don't know."
It is helpful to know when you are ignorant or when there's a possibility you are. Once you have that awareness there are many ways to remedy the condition.
Admitting to be ignorant is a badge of courage. We seem to have to develop that courage.
In business we cannot relax in the comfort of believing ignorance is bliss. Ignorance, or the unawareness of it, can upset your bliss.
