In order to become an UncleMaxSays member we are required to collect personal information from you. This information includes, but is not limited to; your name, billing address and credit card information. We collect your billing address for credit card verification purposes as required by our bank. We do not sell or distribute your billing information, nor will we contact you using this information. We will only contact you using the email address you provide during the membership sign-up process.
We also ask our visitors to voluntarily answer various marketing questions. These questions are not required as a condition of membership, as they are completely voluntary. This information will not be personally associated with you. The information is collected in an aggregate fashion for INTERNAL marketing purposes designed to improve the service to our members.
The personal information you provide is stored on our servers and is protected by a firewall. Please note that we do not store your credit card number or other credit card information. Your credit card data is securely sent for processing to our bank where the transaction will be approved or declined. On approval by the bank, your credit card is billed and we in turn receive a confirmation response. Your credit card data is always secure and is not stored on our server.

While on the secure area of our website, you can verify our security certificate by double clicking on the pad lock icon, located at the bottom right of your web browser's status bar.
