Refund Policy

Whereas a prospective member is provided sufficient information on the benefits and costs of membership prior to applying for a membership, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for any password which has been used one or more times to gain successful entry into the membership area of the UncleMaxSays.com web site.

Refunds may only be requested for membership purchases that were not authorized by the cardholder or where false advertising or any similar illegal scheme or deception was used to promote the content of this web site. All requests to negate charges are investigated for fraudulent credit card charges or claims. A refund claim must be presented on a "Refund Claim Form" which will be emailed to a customer upon request to UncleMaxSays.com at customerservice@unclemaxsays.com within 30 days of purchase.

Any legal disputes must be resolved under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. The exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any such disputes shall be in Kamloops, BC, Canada. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event of any dispute, you agree that your legal recourse is limited to a membership fee refund.

UncleMaxSays.com reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion or against any member it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on UncleMaxSays.com web sites.
