Save the Word not the Page

Application

You have a document in hand. There is a small bit of information you want to keep. It could be a telephone number, a URL, a meeting place/date, or a quotation.

Why clutter your desk or files with the entire document?

• Jot down the bit of information where it will be used. If it has a date - put it in your diary.
• Clip it for adding to a file.
• Add it to related information.
• Then ==> throw the document away!

The disposal bin can be File 13, File 12 or another intermediate collector.
