Whenever you have a feeling that you are not accomplishing anything, try listing the tasks you have completed throughout the day. Extend this to include positive consequences resulting from your actions. You could be surprised by what you have actually accomplished.

There's no need to continue scattering these crumbs once your attitude and self perception has changed to a more positive view.

This exercise is better than delivering yourself a negative put-down such as, "I haven't accomplished a thing today!" However, if that is true, set an objective for one significant accomplishment for tomorrow. Later, increase your daily goals.

Review your actions with a view of improving your productivity.
