We all know the value of a dollar.
Why not calculate a dollar amount for a unit of your time? If your time is worth a hundred or more dollars an hour you and others will treat it with more respect.
How to obtain the dollar amount?
Select activities having a clear start and stop time, then, estimate the value realized from the time spent on each. Ask others how much they would pay you for the time expected to do a specific project. How much would you pay someone else to do that activity? Research the average rate paid to others for a similar activity.
You may be able to determine a general overall fee or your value may vary as you categorize your findings. For instance, tidying office papers that only you can do would have a low value, especially if you were to do it for someone else. Writing ad copy would have a high value and making critical decisions would earn top dollar value.
Why do all this?
