Quiet time around you is what is intended here. You could call it 'Swan Time' as in the swan gliding atop the water while paddling like hell underneath.

Greater production results from pumping up your flow of adrenalin. Some people do this with music while others will choose to work in a different location. You may even start with a good physical workout to clear the body of toxins created by your day's activities.

Use this quiet time to accomplish something. Adding to your sense of accomplishment improves your self esteem, you can relax at another time.

Have an agenda or, at least, a starting point. The agenda can be expressed as objectives. One or two quiet times a day is a good habit to develop, this kind of frequency will make it easier to get started.
