UncleMaxSays.com undertakes to deliver content under the topic headings and with text similar to that shown in the pre-membership preview sections.

We require that all members be aged 13 and over. Any member under age 13 must provide proof of parental consent.

We require that all members abide by our rules at all times. We reserve the right to amend our rules from time to time. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We reserve the right to immediately terminate membership of anyone engaging in behavior that we feel is detrimental to our service to other members. This includes member conduct on the Virtual Partners message board.

Any member found to be distributing or sharing their username and password or to be distributing the content of UncleMaxSays.com will have their membership revoked without refund.

We are not responsible for Internet-related problems. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a good connection to the Internet. We are not responsible for service outages, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we do our best to ensure that our service is available to all of our customers at all times, occasional service outages are unavoidable. We cannot be responsible for any damages that may be caused by the lack of availability of our service at any particular time.

Whereas a prospective member is provided sufficient information on the benefits and costs of membership prior to applying for a membership, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED for any password which has been used one or more times to gain successful entry into the membership area of the UncleMaxSays.com web site.
