Comments
- These are nothing more than common sense.
- Ask yourself, "How often do all of these pop into my mind for all quick decisions?"
- If not, place in your favorite reminder location until committed to memory or they become second nature.
- The "quickie" aspect is achieved by listing words to stimulate your thoughts.
- Expand your list according to your experiences in your particular situation.
- An alternative name could be, "Initial Response."
- Develop this process for emergencies, trivial matters and initial reaction.
- These are presented for two reasons:
- addition to the set of decision making methods and
- initiation for those unaccustomed to using the more extensive methods.
- Compare this with the training given military and police personnel.
